Adam Schoenberg will see the premiere of his latest orchestra work Bounce at the Aspen Music Festival and School on July 10. The inspiration for this joyful piece came from the impending birth of his first child, who is expected to arrive in August.

Lyricism is the lifeblood that flows through Silvia Colasanti's new work for cello and string orchestra, Adagio, a piece dedicated to the cellist David Geringas and commissioned by the Festspiele Europäische Wochen Passau.

Bechara El-Khoury takes the listener on a journey around the Mediterranean through the centuries with two world premieres, Mare Nostrum on August 4 and 7 and Pièces Picturales Brèves on August 7 performed by Emmanuel Pahud, Paul Meyer and Eric Le Sage.
