The newest orchestra work called Clair-Obscur by Franco-Lebanese composer Bechara El-Khoury will be premiered by the Lebanese Philharmonic Orchestra on July 31, 2015 in Helipolis (Egypt).

"Clair-Obscur is a very slow and calm sort of adagio from start to finish – it takes a post-romantic, impressionistic approach. Light and dark harmonies intermingle, concordant and dissonant, through a thematic motive which keeps returning and dominates the entirety of the work.
