Michel Tabachnik’s new piece for orchestra and choir is based on a poem from the Old Testament. Le Livre de Job deals with the question how human beings can remain true to themselves despite the ordeals and torments to which they are subjected.

The piece will be premiered on October 8 by the Brussels Philharmonic, and the choir Les Cris de Paris and will be conducted by Michel Tabachnik himself.
